In 2015 Freedom Chairs traveled to Moldova, Russia to help work towards a more inclusive, and accessible culture. The team donated around a dozen pieces of medical equipment directly to recipients in need during the trip.
While in Moldova Freedom Chairs delivered one electric and two brand new manual wheelchairs, built one ramp at a school in the village of Hirtop in Moldova, and two additional ramps.
The trip coincided with the organization's commitment to forge partnerships that will allow Freedom Chairs to help countless others gain access to the care and equipment they desperately need.
